01Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship heavy warehouse equipment or hazardous logistical supplies to APO, FPO, DPO, or standard P.O. Box addresses. Certain oversized fulfillment equipment may require commercial freight delivery and specialized loading dock access. Any items marked as preorder or backorder will be noted with an expected dispatch date directly on their product listing.

02Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all delivered shipments immediately and report damaged, missing, or significantly delayed items within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. To assist our claim with the carrier, please provide your order confirmation number, detailed descriptions, and photos of the external packaging and damaged items. Once confirmed, we will promptly arrange an expedited replacement or issue a full refund.

03Order Processing

Orders undergo payment verification, security checks, and inventory allocation before being dispatched from our fulfillment center. Standard order preparation 1-2 business days is required before your package is handed off to the logistics carrier. Order processing may occasionally take longer during major seasonal peak periods, severe weather events, or when inventory requires custom verification.

Once dispatched from our facility, delivery 3-7 business days after dispatch is standard for domestic ground destinations. Actual arrival times depend on your destination zone, local postal efficiency, and prevailing regional transit conditions.

05Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically during checkout based on package weight, package dimensions, and destination zip code. We are pleased to offer free delivery above 100 in the store currency for qualified domestic orders. You will always see the exact shipping fees and carrier options displayed clearly before confirming payment at checkout.

06Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing your official tracking number is sent automatically as soon as your package is labeled and dispatched. You can track real-time transit updates by following the link provided in the confirmation email. If your tracking updates appear paused or stalled for more than 48 hours, please reach out to our logistics desk for an update.

For orders shipped internationally, the recipient is solely responsible for all import duties, customs tariffs, VAT, and local clearance fees assessed by local authorities. These additional fees are not collected by sellerforges at checkout and are outside of our direct operational control.
